I actually had half this post typed up in yet another internet cafe (with any luck, the last one I’ll spend the night in for the rest of my life… -_-”) Saturday night after the event, but yea, in the end I had to stop to sleep (though I mostly caught up with it on my 10 hour train ride back home the next day ORZ).
(Edit: And I intended to finish it yesterday, but yea, classes started + homework + catching up on anime + campus internet cut off at 10= usual bunch of excuses.)

SADAHARU OMOCHIKAERI!!!
The JUMP Shop somewhere in the top floors of Yodobashi Camera in Umeda – For all your Shounen Jump series’-related merchadise-collecting needs, perfect for anything you can think of stamped with Bleach, Hitman Reborn, Death Note, Naruto, etc… And yea, if it wasn’t for Gintama I probably wouldn’t have spent half the time I eventually did browsing there. Didn’t buy anything in the end since why sepdn 400yen on a Gintama fan when the Japanese shove tons of free ones at you as advertisement material everywhere you go? (It’s also the 101235674th place I’ve seen so far that sells Bleach and Naruto cosplays! Oh JOY…). Funny thing about the shop is that it’s stuck in the middle of a floor full of over-priced fancy-schmancy cafes where people obviously on the other side of the social spectrum as the average otaku ar lining up for hours to sample teensy-weensy portions of food. Smallest size was S, and it was still a wee bit big for me, but screw practicality, I forked out the cash and got it (okay so I did waffle around a bit because there was a better fitting Moyashimon shirt I could’ve gotten instead, but that would’ve been defeating the purpose of my going to the shop in the first place, and I didn’t have enough cash for both. Damn anime merchandising and the absurd prices they charge for a pieces of cloth imbued with the power of FAN LOVE!!!). It’s Summer anyways, perfect time to be wearing baggy T-shirts, and wearing it now as I type this, I have zero regrets =D VIVA TOSHOKAN SENSOU!!!
