Hmmm…well…I suppose the novel readers might know the real answer (no thank you, you don’t need to tell me), but I don’t think Dojo was the Prince Charming from six years ago. He would have been too young and probably too low-ranking to stop the Media Improvement Brigade. Plus, you’d think he would have remembered the incident the first time he heard about it from Kasahara?

Anyways, with omake as good as this, I think the doujins are probably not far behind. *hint hint* :p

I agree with you on that respect. When Iku mentioned that she was no longer going to chase after her Ouji-sama, at first I was thinking that Doujou would be a bit disheartened that he’d no longer be the one she’s after, but the rest of her statement afterwards proved to be consoling.

I’m enjoying the show really, and my fanboying just seems to have moved up a notch. Now I wonder where the both of them would take their “relationship”(?) seeing as they have military superior-subordinate ties and as Doujou doesn’t seem to me to be the romantically expressive type. *nudge nudge Iku!*

@Scou7: As much as Iku and Utena have the Prince thing in common (casual spoiler: hopefully they, don’t share too similar fates with said Princes), the reference I tried to make kind of came out a little forced (well, what else is new, lol)

@usagijen: Don’t blame you girl, it took me a while to get to Utena AND THEN finish it myself, but I really felt it was worth it, despite my shallow mind hardly scratching the surface of what the show may or may not have offered.
Though I watch anime in my room, it’s usually late at night so my fangurl screams would wake up the entire floor since the walls are so bloody thin here!

Utena has been in my watch list for God knows how long now lolz. I have to stop thinking of whether to watch it or not and just watch it (like I did with Greenwood)! XD

I’ve been gushing all over this episode as I was watching it, in the office… had to suppress my fangurl scream lol.

By the way, I’m very glad Kasahara didn’t tell Dojo that she already knew that he was her Prince Charming. I would have been very disappointed if she did because that would mean that succeeding episode would be filled with cheese and I would be really pissed.

Yea, the dialogue this time only had a few points where it was really necessary to look up in the dictionary (of course translating for viewer purposes and watching and understanding for yourself is 2 different things, which is why I guess subs are taking some time.) Though rather than actually using my tutor as a personal dictionary, I was just trying to convert him into a ToshoSensou fan
