I LIKE THIS ANIME ACTUALLY….PLS DONT GET SO DAMN HATEFUL JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT REALLY ENJOY THIS SHOW ANYMORE.AND IF IT WAS’T FOR ANIMAX,I WOULD NEVER HAD BEEN INTRODUCED TO THIS SHOW IN THE 1ST PLACE.IN TRUTH THERE R LOTS OF GAYS,LESBIANS & NORMAL COUPLES,IN THE REAL WORLD OUT THERE.ADAM LAMBERT’S A GAY & SINGS PRETTY GOOD.SO DEPENDS ON HOW U ACCEPT ALL THESE.CONRAD LOOKS QUITE PERFECT,I ADMIT.BUT IF HE’S SO PERFECT,THEN HE WOULDNT HAVE BETRAYED THE COUNTRY & YURI-SO HE DOES MAKES MISTAKES AFTER ALL.HE WAS READY TO FACE THE FACT NOT TO BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE DK,AFTER COMMITTING THE TREASON.PLUS I THINK THE WOMEN HERE ARE’NT SO TRADITIONAL.YURI’S MUM USE TO FENCE SWORDS,ANOTHER BULLIES HER CHILDOOD FRIEND FOR HER EXPERIMENTS,ANOTHER EVEN BARKS ORDERS AT WOLFRAM TO NOT LAZE ABOUT(IN ONE EPISODE)
DONT CONTINUE THE SHOW IF U STILL HATE IT THAT MUCH.
BLEACH IS MUCH MORE POPULAR,BUT IT HAS AL OT OF FILLERS TOO.

I actually love the show, and Wolfram is one of my favourite characters, but your opinions made me laugh. Lolololol.

I actually find Conrad kinda annoying, he’s just so perfect >_< EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES. But. Not Conrad. Right?

Yuri annoys me too sometimes. Who is actually that thoughtless? Is it just me, or do most people think about things like War and stuff before rushing in or trying to 'talk'?

I'm having a little rant of my own, aren't i? Woops! xD
Anyway, you said you've watched 5 OVAs. Does that mean there is no Season 3 – Ep 79? o_O

Yes! Another KKM fan with sense! I’m not going to start with what I think of Wolfram(trash with a bow tied around it) but your views are almost exactly the same as mine. Conrad is my favorite character.

So, I typed in “Why I hate Kyou Kara Maou” into the Google search engine, got a few irrelevant results, and this page popped up. Then, a few things struck me:
1) Sand bear!
2) Someone else watches Kyou Kara Maou?
3) Yeah, if my friends weren’t so in love with yaoi, they’d never touch it.
4) Damn straight.
5) Conrad!

Essentially, I’m at the same point you are or were, first two seasons + 1 or 2 OVAs (so I was close) and clinging on for Conrad. Because the Yuuri/Wolfram fans make me want to do nothing more than slap Wolfram and not in the engagement type way.

Well, that and other one-dimensional stuff.

So, in short, thank you for writing. I loved it.

@biankita: LOL, thanks to Animax constantly showing the first season, I knew to skip the horrid Conrad ‘betrays’ Shin Makoku BS arc on to the second season Oh well, on to the 3rd…
(If they sold Prince, I’d so buy it, even though I hate beer XD)

@A Day Without Me: You’ve got that right. Unless you’re a major fan, it’s not a show that you can think “I HAVE to watch that next episode now” with since it tends to be filler-ific. Some of the more entertaining episodes though, tend to be filler, so you never really know what you’re getting.

I suppose this anime is really best for when you’re bored and have nothing else/better to do. I have the first season on DVD, but it consistently falls to the bottom of my ‘to-watch’ pile.
